This is a workshop on variety baking by trainer Tay Tong San at Geylang Serai CC
There are three lesson and today’s lesson is on Wholemeal Bread, French Loaf & Nonya Green Kaya:
Did not take a picture of the sample that I brought home after the workshop as the portion are very little, only three small pieces of the wholemeal bread, two tbsp of the kaya and one small slice of french loaf. The french loaf need to be cool down before it can be slice and some more bread were still baking when I went home:(
DD love the Kaya and the french loaf, will try out the recipe.
