Attended a workshop conducted by Valerie Kong at Cairnhill CC. She is another popular trainer recommended by most food blogger. Today’s workshop is wholemeal bun & teriyaki chicken burger.
Everybody in class get to shape one bun each so that we can feel the texture and also for some hands on experience.
The bun is soft and sweet and I love the teriyaki chicken. Did not take a picture of the assembled burger because I need to go off earlier.
Will definitely attend all her lesson.
