Saw this Junior’s Cheesecake cookbook, 50 to-die-for recipes for New York-Style Cheesecake. I have always wanted to bake a cheesecake so decided to try the original new York cheesecake recipe. My cheesecake do not look as smooth or as pretty as the book. The top of my cheesecake was overbaked.
